課程概述 |
Proteins can usually perform functions on their own, but ribonucleic acid (RNA for short) must form a ribonucleic acid protein complex with the protein to perform their function. RNPs play extremely important roles in the cell, such as the spliceosome, telomerase, etc., with the invention of next-generation sequencing technology, many human diseases have also been confirmed to be caused by RNA mutations. According to molecular biology research, RNA mutations often lead to the development of RNP. The unbalance of harmony will eventually lead to disease. Therefore, studying the biosynthetic process of RNP is helpful to the treatment of disease. |

The content of my course will enrich students' knowledge of biomedicine and bring students to new knowledge of modern RNA biology. |
